Once you click to submit something up for auction, how long after that does it become available for users to search for it? It says my product is up and ready for bids, but I did a search myself and my product does not come up.

It takes eBay awhile to index it and get it into the right category. Maybe a day tops, eBay is very busy this time of the year so it could take a little longer.

It is there--but not everyone can see it yet.
Go to the site map. Click on search for items. Then next screen search by seller. Put in your ebay i.d. You will see it listed.
It take awhile to get posted to everyone--although if you have buyers in the past that had you marked as a favorite seller, they will be able to see your new listings now.
Hope that helps.

It should come up right away. You might not be searching it right. Also, did you have the auction start right away? Because if it didn't, then you won't find your item until your auction starts.

Sometimes it takes a few hours to appear; that has happened to me before, too.
