how to promote my forum?

i just made a new forum, its a teen forum just to chat about stuff. Well i don't know how to get it out there. I could just start posting the link everywhere but i want a targeted audience which would be teens only. I dont want like 30 year old people on there.

Advertise your forum in other places where your target audience goes. Tell all your friends.
Hopefully your forum has something to attact them and keep them coming back.
