Take it easy, more or less the same thing happens to all people in the world. Think simply that : 1. Is the same face you have been confortable with other times, and 2. that all of us have some days that are better than others, and that yes, we are prettier some days than others.
In my case, somedays my skin has a greenish tone (maybe because the day after I didn't sleep well, or because I'm kind of ill, and sometimes with no reason at all). When this happens I try to rest, spoil myself and do beauty treatments for my face (scrub it, hidrate it, etc.)
Take it easy, it will just pass and sometimes come again. Happens to everybody!

Just remember that you are the only one in this world that looks like you. You are the only You. That alone is the coolest thing in the world. Don't be hard on yourself. Don't be so critical. What I would imagine you are seeing is that you are expecting yourself to look like everyone else. F#@! that. Know that you are special, know that you are unique. and none of these things make you deformed or that you look awkward. Although if this does continue I would suggest that you seek some professional help and talk to someone about it. Good Luck you .

other than the fact that your face is just a shell
I'd think if you were to donate your time
possibly with burn victims
you might realize that
you are not defined by your shell
I'm in no way a psychologist nor do I have any experience with them. But as a mom it feels to me that
possibly
you are blaming yourself for bad feelings
by the way you, yourself SEE you.
Control is a big issue
and I'm thinking personal acceptance
might be a huge
help to you
None of us are perfect
many times we feel angry bored sad
for no reason that we can tell
If this view of yourself is hindering your normal daytime routine I'd say seek counseling ASAP.

Difficult to say without more information. Are you having mood swings from happy to depressed? Are those feelings interfering with your life?
There are a lot of things you can do:
. Take up a sport like martial arts
. Take up a religion
. Study Buddhism, Tao, Meditate, or Yoga
. Get counseling

Just know that everybody, whether they admit to it or not, has something about themself they don't like and would like to change. Believe in yourself and in what you have to offer. We are usually harder on ourselves than others are. Do as many things as you can to develop your self-esteem-----things that you are good at, like for example painting a picture, or woodwork, or writing, or doing a sketch of your dog (if you have a dog),whatever floats your boat.

Well to feel more confident in yourself, you will need to have friends, people who are they to...show you love. tell you, you are cute. They like your hair and stuff. i can relate to you becuase when i was younger, i often thought i was ugly, and that made me really anti-social, but like once i realize girls started calling me sexy and sh*t, i kinda stop feeling awkward and like i am ugly. Cause i am really not ugly, i was just depressed and wanted something to hate, so i picked my face. hope that helped.

Let things go. Accept what you can't change and don't spend another minute worrying about it. Change what you have the power to change and stop worrying about it. Just stop worrying about things. Accept yourself, everyone else does.
