Depends on what format your songs are in. WMA. MP3, etc. usually around 40 songs on average. These players are getting more affordable. Get a player with expandable memory.

It depends on the quality you use for downloading, but the answer is going to be not very many. The average mp3 size is 4 mb, so I would estimate about 30 songs. If you want somethings that holds a lot of music, I'd recommend looking at mp3 players with more memory.

At an average of 4MB per song (which is a typical 4 minute song encoded a 128Kps), you'll get about 32 songs. I'd recommend an mp3 player with at least 1GB, preferably 2GB or higher so that you're not constantly having to remove songs and add songs to the player.

It relies upon on the information and how super they're. i've got transferred a gaggle of my LP information (i actually desire vacuum tubes in my amplifier and vinyl for my music...) onto my difficult disk. My audio seize application will take a three minute music and bring a MP3 document of approximately 3mb, or approximately 1mb in line with minute. It varies. So, in my case, my wide-spread music is 3 minutes and 3 mb for a document length, so 128/3 potential i could get some thing under a optimal of 40 two tracks (if all are 3 minutes and 3mb in length. 128/3=40 two+2/3). So, seem on the document sizes and sum them up, enable somewhat for overhead for the document gadget in the participant (why i could or could no longer get the max of 40 two ideal tracks I calculated), and that's what share will extra healthful. on account that there at the instant are not any "wide-spread" sizes to MP3 information, your mileage could selection, as they say... My the way, a chum of mine those days despatched me 4 hours of audio recorded from the radio in 4 separate information. each document (60 minutes +/- 5 minutes or so each, on account that he edited at handy ruin factors close to the hour to no longer omit something serious for what he wanted me to pay attention. Who cares approximately categorized commercials anyeay?) ran approximately 25mb on wide-spread, so all 4 of the only million hour (+/- 5 minutes) information could slot on your 128mb device with room to spare.
