Who knows but it is just a fiction...I wish it did... It will b wonderful if there is Hogwarts which exists...

Are you asking about the school in the book/ movie or the castle itself? That castle does exist, it's in England. Gloucester Cathedral and Alnwick Castle provide the setting for the film- wish I lived there to see its presence.

Hogwarts I doubt it but would love to do a semester there.

But on flip side yes there are schools for witchcraft.
