Skeletal.

Muscular isn't even a type of muscles. The types are skeletal, smooth, and cardiovascular. Cardiovascular muscles are the ones in your heart. They work all your life, and if they tired quickly you'd be dead.

Smooth muscle is the muscle in your stomach, blood vessels and other organs. It works over the course of hours.

Skeletal muscles are the only ones we can control. They are the muscles that make our limbs move. Think how fast you can start running, and how soon your legs get tired afterward. That's skeletal muscles.

Muscles Tire Quickly

I was about to point out the way you asked your question, but the first poster already did that. Now, you should already know from your earlier post that cardiac and smooth (organ) muscles do not tire (assuming proper health and nutrition). All skeletal muscles tire. But there are two main types of skeletal muscle, Type I and Type II. Type I skeletal muscle, aka oxidative, aka slow-twitch, is more red in color, and rich in capillaries, myoglobin, and mitochondria. Type I muscle can sustain longer periods of activity, but cannot produce the speed and power of Type II muscle. Type II muscle, aka non-oxidative, aka fast-twitch, is less red in color, and contains less myoglobin and mitochondria. Type II muscle can sustain aerobic bursts that are powerful and fast, but only for a short time before exhaustion and pain.
