When I exercise that really gets my blood flowing. But in the way you are talking about having a really nice time with a sweet person that treats me like im a real important person turns me 1000 notches.(LOL)Also when my man gets really mad at me for bothering him. OOOOhhhhhhh

Blood circulation goes if you get good nuturition food, if you smoke or take alchol, than there is arisk in your blood circulation. For me good exercise makes the blood circulation goes better.
