problems with an HP s7200?

what is wrong with an Hp s7200 model when it begins to smell VERY strongly of burning electrical components. I have opened it up and nothing IS burning. i suspect it it is from the heat sync or power supply But i am not sure where exactly.

Trust your nose!

I'm not sure what an HP s7200 is, but check the fans, they should be obviously running.
If you cannot noodle it out, take it to a repair shop, before you burn it up.
