Not one damned bit!
He's alive, in good health and very rich. He skipped out going to war himself but has no problems send other people's kids to fight and die or come home injured. Those are the ones my heart goes out to.
If Bush is "so tired and worn out" he's lucky because he has the option to just quit any time he feel like it.

No, not at all.
I feel sorry for the Iraqis and for our troops and for the future.
* We need a strong and intelligent President who will fight terrorism. But Bush has not done a good job and we need to point this out.
* Bush stopped chasing Osama Bin Laden and went after his old enemy Saddam Hussein who had nothing to do with 9/11.
* Bush has not paid enough attention to port security, diplomacy, nuclear non-proliferation or other security issues that leave us vulnerable.
* Bush's clumsy and aggressive policy of war and torture in the Muslim world inflames hatred against the United States and breeds more terrorists.
* Iraq was relatively peaceful in 2003 but is now a haven for terrorists including al Qaeda. Car bombings are a daily occurrence and the entire country is spiraling out of control.
* Bush has spent hundreds of billions of dollars on the war in Iraq that could have been spent fighting terrorism.

No I don't feel sorry for Bush because with becoming a President comes people who always want to bash the President. But I feel sorry for the American people. Beacuse they have willingly rejected truth and have chosen to believe the press instead of listining to Bush and the truth. Instead of people thinking logicly all they care about is that Bush did this or he did that. The public has become stupid to it's thinking.
But Still I pray for him. In the midst of all he does for this country people hate him. It is a sad thing

No, I don`t feel sorry for Mr. Bush. Does he feel sorry for ignoring the American public for turning his back to us in the interest of fueling his agenda in Iraq to line his & Mr. Cheneys pockets? NO! Did you realize there were never bids open to the US public for furnishing goods to our troops & the Iraqi people we`re tring to save? Well there was`nt Mr. Cheney`s Halliburton was given carte blanche to make them m-billions. Greed shall get thse people in the end. God will see to that. Why don`t we ask Mrs. Bush if she REALLY believes in George W.`s policy of killing fellow Americans:peoples fathers, son, & husbands.

When you are as old as I am, you know that he has been more vilified, and more unfairly criticized by media, university professors and party pundits, than any president in recent history. I think it has less to do with him and his performance than it does with the popularity of arm-chair quarterbacking. Every Joe Shmoe feels he knows more about the government than Pres. Bush does.

News flash - every government keeps things from its people. Sometimes it's very necessary. Another newsflash - everyone thought we needed to go into Iraq. It isn't Bush's fault that his advisors were wrong! That's not the way the government works, people.

I do feel bad for him. I think he's a smart, courageous, good-hearted man. I also think he is very strong inside, and he relies on God to keep him going. I had noticed that in the past year or so he looks older, and doesn't laugh so much. One thing I always loved about him was his sense of humor - he can be really funny. Now he is always very serious. I think the whole thing has taken its toll. . .

I think it's very very sad that people believe such ridiculous garbage about him and his motives - so much of this hatred for him seems to be out of misinformation and ignorance. And - as evidenced from answers here - it is far out of proportion to what he has actually contributed as leader.

Absolutely not. When I see the soldiers with missing limbs from a trumped up war with Iraq, and the grave site of two local soldiers, how can I possibly feel sorry for Bush? His daughters partying in Argentina while Webb's son in in Iraq. And he has the chutzpah to be confrontational with Webb, rather than thank him for his son's service. So much to blame him for, so little space on Y/A.

He should looked tired, and haggard, and that stupid smirk should have faded from his face.

1) He doesn't look that way top me.
2) In that job, you have to expect people to talk about you.

No need to feel sorry for him.

No I don't feel sorry for him, he is a man of strong character and conviction. Anybody who gets insulted and belittled for doing his job that he was elected for is an unenviable position. I pray for him and our country, so much hatred from his own country.

I don't feel sorry for him at all. He knows alot more about the deception and crap that he has hurled on the American people than most people think he does.

He is a liar, manipulator, and tyrant who seriously has a hate on for democracy, equality, and anything that resembles anything that is actually truly American!
