I was thinking that i am pretty young, and in today's society kids cant really enjoy them selfs like they would lets say 30 years ago. Today we are surrounded by violence and drugs. Kids today are starting NOT to appreciate what they got because they feel that there world is going to a Sh!t hole. Now My question is within the next decades or so do you think these problems will worsen?

I think our problem is technology. Technology has made life a lot quicker and easier. I've noticed that even in the last 5 years that people have gotten very impatient, if things, like a computer, break down people start to freak out. People are used to getting what they want when they want it. I see more parents giving their kids anything they want just to keep them quiet, and what happens later on in life is that they get lazy or stuck up. Of course though people change, so you never know.
Personally I think there will never be a nuclear war, though this war in Iraq is killing us. Think of what the government could do for this country if it didn't spend so much money on the military or this war. Don't get me wrong though, I do believe we need an army, and I do believe we are stuck in Iraq, we shouldn't leave there.
The human race is amazing, and we have done some incredible things. Yes there is a lot of violence and drugs, but you have to think, its always been there. There have been wars since the beginning of civilization. Also you hear about the violence more because of modern technology.
You have to do your best to enjoy life and remember that its not all drugs and violence, there are places were people relax and get along.
So to sum up this story I would have to say things will not get worse, yeah I think people will be more impatient and I don't think there will ever be world peace, but like I said the drugs and violence have always been there and always will be.

Myself, I see man/womankind reaching new heights and new lows!
1. Earth will be contacted by other world folk so that we know we are not alone in the universe!
2. Mexicans will take over the USA and in a few years (by 2010) and a woman will become president! By 2050, a person of colour will become president!
3. A Sasquatch will come into power shortly and will lead the world into a great time!

I can answer this question because i am one of today's kids. i say that we will have to go through some major damage before we realize how good we actually got it. Like the generations before me they had to fight for their children and someday so shall we. People themselves are prone to destruction but we will live on so i say we will see one day and that will through the course back on balance.

I think the world will see dark days soon, then after the western world defeats the east we will see a boom in society like never before. Just like after ww2.
