Which is better, in your oppinion? And why?
I personally like "Chicago" more because it has way better music, smarter story, interesting charachers and is not pathetic at all.

Moulin Rouge. It was more unique in that it "recycled" pop songs, it had wonderful costumes, lavish sets, and absinthe!

Chicago is the best. l really like the characters and the story.
Just look out how Chicago get 4 Oscar acting nominations while Moulin Rouge only get one and lost. Not to mention the Best Picture.

i have to agree with you. Chicago is a better story line than "Moulin Rouge" and the music is much better plus the characters are far more interesting. also Chicago is well just better overall.

theyre both really good. i like the songs and plot of chicago. moulin rouge doesnt have an original plot or original songs.
i kinda like the drama in moulin rouge though. it made me cry. the moral and the idea behind it make it adorable to watch on a saturday night with a gallon of cookie dough ice cream.

I think that I liked Moulin Rouge better. I just hated the ending of it.
