Assume you mean a "sex change" operation from a male to a female.
Through the years, it seems to me that many more men have a change from male to female than the other way around. I don't know why that is. But these men identify as feminine early on in their years as boys and don't change their identification. It may be their brain and nature; it may also be the way they are brought up by a parent (nurture). In any event, they believe that they are a 'woman growing up in a man's body.'
In some cases, it may be that the person actually has an extra sex chromosome that caused them to form in the womb as males. In this case they may identify as women, even though they have male genitals. An endocrinologist could explain that better.
It is rather insensitive to say "have his penis cut off." I don't agree with the procedure either, but it is a personal decision that these individuals are making to do what they feel they have to do. So that deserves respect.

What instance are you talking about? If someone is a transsexual, that will eventually happen.
If you're talking about castration, it's not removal of the penis, but rather the testes.

there are couple reason for this. # 1 if you are married to Lorain Bobbitt and rough her up she will do it for free. Now some men wanna be women and they have that done and try to become a woman of course they get a hole in place of it
