They sell shoe dye at shoe repair shops.

I suppose you could spray paint them if you really wanted to--but it isn't going to look very good for any length of time.

I don't recommend spray painting shoes. Eventually the paint gets gummy and tacky. It won't look right. It might start to peel and flake off.
You can try buying some "dyeable" shoes. That way you can match the shoes with the dress perfectly. As for a color for a dress it depends on what you like. When you have picked out the dress, match the shoes to the dress a shade or two darker or lighter depending on the color.

Yeah you can spray paint shoes. as long as they are not leather.. umm for the dress I say you can never go wrong with black because it can be fancy or casual

you could spray paint canvas shoes, but I would recommend buying a pair of dye-able shoes instead.

Instead of spray paint, to dye shoes you will want to buy blood worms and then smear them on you dress and shoes. It will be permanent! Also, you can try smashing up snails for a rainbow effect.

Most shoe stores, including bridal shops, sell white cloth shoes that are made special to be dyed. That would look soooooo much better than tacky spray paint and be more sanitary.
