i have tried to quit 3 times and eventually I have come back to the little cancer suckers.
I have tried quit line and nearly everything…on of the best books that I have read is by Allen Carr called the easy guide to give up smoking….he was a man that smoked over 250 ciggis a day...and gave up...i highly recommend the book hope this helps

depends on what I'm trying to do....if it's soemthing that really matters or not
If it's like trying to make a snow fort that keeps falling over....I say try twice then get some hot chocolate
If it's like passing the Sat's...try try again

so many times, that I don't even know it's too late to try anymore,,,,,,,,, so many times that I don't realize that my competitor has been years ahead of me, so many times that by the time I am smart enough to take my SAT"s I have developed Alltimers
