actually lenghtened the eye ball? I have done eye exersizes but I dont want to tense them out more, I want the eye ball to go back to normal to its normal shape and focus? What do you suggest? Do you think I should wear my eye glasses during the healing process or do you think surgery is needed to heal them?

If your eyes are strained, then wear your glasses. If you still feel that your are having problems with your vision the schedule a complete eye exam with an ophthalmologist....I work in an ophthalmology office, and I am not real sure about what exercises you are doing that would change the shape of your eyeball? Do you have astigmatism? If you are talking about corrective vision surgery..., only an opthamologist can determine if you are a good canidate for that. For now, just wear your glasses and give your eyes a break... Good luck

I'm not sure I understand.... If you wear contacts usually, and now have this problem, then yes, use your glasses. If your doc says you need surgery, look into it. But don't put contacts in your eye!
