I forgot my password for my other yahoo answer account, how can I (H A C K) into my own other e-mail without or with programs that does not harm my computer with a simple press of a button

I CKICK ON "I FORGET MY E-MAIL" BUT I FORGOT THE B-DATE I MADE UP, SO I CAN TO DO THE NAUGHTY THING HERE IF YOU KNOW WHAT I SAYING HERE.
