whatever you do, dont go cheap

A cheap generic PSU can ruin a system and all of the hardware -- PSU is probably the single most overlooked component ...

Get an antec, cheap and well-made, the absolute best is PC Power & Cooling -- but you dont need that -- Thermaltake, Seasonic, Enermax and BFG are all quality

I would opt for an Antec power supply. They make excellent products and their Neo HE 430 would certainly fit the bill nicely. It has adequate power and very nicely designed. I recently picked one of these up on sale at Fry's Electronics for $50. You really don't need (in my opinion) one of those fancy looking ones with flashing lights on them. That doesn't add to their reliability and rock stable performance like Antec units do.
