CuCl because the +1 from Cu cancels the -1 from Cl

SnCl4 because the +4 from Sn cancels the -1*4 from Cl

Cr2Se7 because the +7*2 = -2*7

Well, Na has +1 charge, so if one Cl- attaches to it, it cancels the charge for a neutral molecule. Cu also has a +1 charge, so it would form CuCl. Sn 4+ needs more Cl- to form a neutral molecule, so it would form SnCl4. I can't answer the last one because I don't know the charge on a Se atom right offhand and you haven't posted it.
