Junk Food Eater?
Here is what I would do:
Every week, I would replace one junk food item by a healthy item and make it delicious to enjoy it. After some weeks, your food will be so much healthier and your body can gradually cleanse out instead of suddenly and too heavily so.
Some suggestions:
Instead of white sugar items, use brown sugar items, one by one.
Instead of white sugar chocolate use organic chocolate with natural sugar.
Instead of white bread use ligth colored spelt bread or sprouted bread.
Instead of sausage use Gimilean (or so) sausage (soy, delicious when sliced and fried).
Instead of hot dogs, use corn dogs (vegetarian, from Morningstar)
Instead of white rice use brown rice.
Instead of brown rice use wild rice.
Instead of boxed pancake mix use speltflower and add water and cinnamon or herbs.
Instead of Mayonnaise use Veganese.
Instead of frozen food use fresh food.
Instead of pasteurized orange juice or soft drinks use freshly squeezed oragne juice.
Instead of hydrogenated fats or transfats butter or Veganese.
Instead of chips use dried corn chips (no fat) or snacks of vegetable pieces (carrots, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, kiwis, etc.)
Etc. You get the idea.
Grounding with heavier food? You may want to try beans or lentils.
You can do it, one step at a time, one item per week, e.g., every Saturday yuo may want to look for an item to be replaced and note it down in a note book as a reminder what to use instead of what.
Much success, you can do it!

One day at a time. Stock up on some pineapple chunks and applesauce. these work wonders for me when I have a sweet tooth. global grapes too. Strawberries and cool whip help. Snack on nuts too. Walnuts, peanuts and especially cashews and pistachios they taste great, they're good for the heat and they have the good fats (poly and mono) that help aid in weight loss. Eat alot of stir fry. have fun with the prep time chopping your vegies etc.. use an oil that is not high in fat. boil some skinless/boneless chicken breast. when the chicken is done combine with your sauted vegies add a sprinkle of brewers yeast in the mix for that extra energy boost. :-)
Good luck
