If you file a change of address order with the USPS, your first class mail (letter mail) will be forwarded without charge to Europe.

Magazines and catalogues will not be forwarded.

if you live in a american military post in europe you will get your mail with regular u.s postage, but if you live in the economy you still get your mail but it would need international postage.
