Canoe Bay resort in Chetek, WI. 12 cabins, 250 acres, 5 star chef onsite. The only down side is that it's $300-$1000 a night.

I would go home to Germany and visit my family, dog and friends, have it cold with all the snow. Here in Virginia we don't have the snow or family

YOU KNOW I THINK I WOULD STAY RIGHT WHERE I AM EVEN THOUGH IT GETS VERY COLD HERE , I REALLY DONT THINK I WOULD LIKE CHRISTMAS WHERE IT IS HOT AND DRY . IT GETS VERY COLD BUT TO BE IN THE SNOW AND SEE THE SNOW WITH THE WHITE CHRISTMAS AS WE HAVE IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL JUST LIKE CHRISTMAS CARDS YOU SEE , ITS SO INCHANTING WITH EVERYTHING SHINING AND LIKE WHITE GLITTER THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT .

if you have relatives in another state, you can always stay with them after the first week of january cause then it is time for everybody to go back home and do there own routines.
