cream would last much longer then powder but if u set the cream blush with powder blush it will last even longer. but it depends on the brand dont think covergirl is gonna last aslong as chanel i really love Nars and MAC blushes they last for ever and come in great colors
i really love lip and cheek stains if i want somthing to stay extra long but becareful with them they do stain the skin u have to work with them fast and they will not budge if u do a mistake...the body shop make some nice ones and benefit

Any form of makeup that is powder based will last longer than any cream or liquid formulations. Cream blush wears away much faster because of the oils on your skin.
If you want long lasting cheek color you can try a stain, this will give a more natural finish, especially if you apply it under your foundation or tinted moisturizer (try Benefit's Benetint made from rose petals, or the Body Shop's lip and cheek stain).
If you want to stick with a blush, you can use a cream blush (as these go on much more smoothly and look more natural), just remember to sweep some powder blush in the same hue over it (for a powder blush color that suits just about every girl on the planet try NARS powder blush in 'Orgasm', the shade made famous by Jennifer Lopez).
This will give you a much more natural but much longer lasting finish.

You may think I'm crazy but what really, really works is the old fashioned (my granny used it) rouge in a little round tub. I know that Avon carried it a while back. But, really, it just lasts forever.
Apply foundation, then rouge, then face powder.
Rouge is very concentrated, it's very dark in the container, it's because it will last all day, just don't forget to set it with powder.
You may think it's messy at first, but once you get the hang of it you'll like it.
Cheek color and lip gloss, two of girls best friends.

Choose Cream blusher if you're of dry to normal skin. Powder blush suits combination to oily skin better cos it doesn't wear off easily.

Cream. Because with powder it melts away faster. While with cream, its long lasting. And it wont melt away. Esp on hot weather.
I recommend cheek tints. Those are the best.
Body shop has a cheek and lip stain which is good.
