Sometimes my nipples get sore, and the only thing that makes them feel better is to squeeze them, really hard. When I do, either what looks like water comes out, a drop or so, or a little bit of harder discharge. What could this be from? I'm 25 and have never been pregnant, I'm on the pill.
Please, serious answers only.

Hormone imbalance....either now or in your past which caused lactation to begin.....it is more common than you think

Also after I got my nipple pierced it got infected and there was a blockage of infection that squeezed out through the ducts

It sounds like you are pregnant. Even though you are on the pill you can still become pregnant, so maybe get a home pregnacy test, and talk to your doctor.

It could just be from the hormones in the pill you should ask your doctor you get your pills from
