The only scientific knowledge I know of is that the bigger the head, means more room for a larger brain.

I have a friend who has a daughter of 4 with a small head. The Dr. measures her head periodically to see if her head is growing as the rest of her body grows.

Not for the most part but some health problems can lower your ability to focus on what you are trying to learn and since some health problems affect the dimensions of your body a small connection could be made but not much of one.

There doesn't seem to be. Alan Greenspan is a small person, but is quite intelligent. Tony Robbins is almost a giant, and is also intelligent in his field.
