I am curious how real the penis looks (I know that it doesn't allow you to copulate)? Also, do you get to request the size you want?!! Or does the surgeon just construct an average sized one for you (whatever average means)?

There's actually not just "one" surgery you get. There's TWO main categories, each usually with more than one surgery involved. The first type, the one I think you're thinking of is called a phalloplasty. This is where a penis is actually constructed and "attached" if you will. No, you don't get to choose the size, although...I've seen some small ones, and some large ones, but they DO usually make it to an average ERECT size, although it is flaccid. The reasoning for this is becuase ftm's CAN actually copulate with it. What they do though, is they usually implant silicone rods into the shaft of the penis with a type of "pump" that is in the testicular sac that is created from the outer labia. This way, when the "pump" is activated, it makes the rods stiff and the penis can get erect. However, the penis can't "grow" like a bio man's can, so the penis that is made needs to be the same size flaccid, as a bio man's is when it gets erect.
The phalloplasty penis is actually constructed from a skin graft from the inner forearm, or sometimes an abdominal flap. In the abdominal flap, they put a silicone "balloon" in the lower abdomen to stretch the skin and then they graft that skin to make a penis. Or, they take a skin and tissue graft from the forearm, leaving the main arteries intact until the very end when it is removed and attached over the clitoris to construct the penis.
Many times, along with this surgery a complete hysterectomy will be done as well, the vaginal opening will be sewn shut, and the outer labia will be used to construct a scrotum. Basically to do this, they take the outer labia, sew them together and implant silicone testicles. Then the urethra is lengthened so that the ftm can urinate while standing as well.
The SECOND type of SRS (sexual reassignment surgery) is called a metoidioplasty. This is where the already elongated clitoris is used to make a mini phallus. Since many ftm's have to take testosterone to get secondary male characteristics like facial and body hair, muscle growth, and a deep voice, it also lengthens the clitoris, making it resemble something like an infant male penis. Well, in the "hood" of the clitoris is a ligament that holds some of the length back. In a metoidioplasty, what they do, is release that ligament to allow a full "clitoral release" and add a little bit of length to the clitoris. Again, the scrotum is created and the urethral lengthing. Many ftm's prefer this method because it allows for your natural nerve endings to remain and you still maintain natural feeling of your newly constructed penis. However, this method doesn't usually allow for penetration, because the in the metoidioplasty, they can only use what you've naturally "grown", so the penis may only be about 3-4 inches at best. However, since it's using what was already naturally there, you can get natural erections and natural orgasms.

Here's a website you can go to, just look to the left under gallery photos and click on phalloplasties/metoidioplasties.

Real alchemy is all about harnessing your personal energy field. It is has its roots in the teachings of Hermeticism, Kabbalah, and Kundalini. The lead to gold is mainly a metaphor, but there might have been genuine misunderstandings throughout history, I'm not certain.

I'll like to know too. Why any woman will want a penis or a man want a female organ is beyond me.
