The 1990 World Cup when West Germany won 2-1over Holland. In the 21st minute Frank Rijkaard spit on Rudi Voeller. For some reason, the Argentinean referee, Juan Carlos Luustau, decided to send off both players, but, by his own admission, fault lied entirely with the Dutchman. Rijkaard apologized a few months later and explained that his nerves were frayed because he and his wife had divorced right before the World Cup. Germany and Holland always a war, but this was enough of rivalry.

ahhhh this is easy.
1. 1976 FA cup final between Southampton and Manchester United, little ole Southampton beat them 1-0. Super Saints
2. Sad Sunday 2 seasons ago when the Super Southampton were relegated to the Championship, by, I must add, bloody Manchester United, but then Alex had his loyalty to Robson so stopped us winning ahhh.
3. Eric Cantona's scissor kick at a fan.
4. The (not sure how to spell it) Hysall Stadium tragedy. Sad sad day.

Maradona's Hand of God.
Also in the Spain World Cup of 1982. Algeria upset West Germany 2-1 in their opening match. And when it came to the last round of games, West Germany needed to beat Austria by less than 2 goals and both will qualify. More than 2 goals and Algeria will qualify ahead of Austria. An Austria win will knock West Germany out. So West Germany scored an early goal and the 2 teams agreed to let the game play out, angering the fans and Algerians.
This led FIFA to change the rules such that the last group game had to be played at the same time.

Well, I haven't watched football for long, so just from what I have ever seen, it would have to be Lucas Neill's (Australia) tackle on Fabio Grosso (Italy) in the 2006 WC. After watching the video over and over from several angles, I don't think Italy should've got a PK. Remember, this is just from what I have seen. I don't know of many others.

Well, maybe you guys are too young to remember this but the 1978 Argentina 6-0 win over Peru to scrape by Brazil in the second rd. group to advance to the 1978 World Cup Final. So many articles have been written that the match was fixed and the Peruvians paid off. Who knows but it was pretty fishy.

Haha lots but one I hate most when Reina was accused hold the ball outside of the penalty box though the linesmen wasn't a right position to decide that. I forgot against which club but surely it's in EPL match.
Ohh maybe the other one when Mourinho accused Rijkaard to have agreement with the refs after beaten by Barca in CL matches.
