Ok, as messed up as it sounds simply tell her that you love her, but she just doesn't seem to share the same expression of feeling for you. If she loved you the way you did her, she would not be having sexual relations with others outside your relationship. You deserve someone that is going to love you back that you love them. Do it for your self, you dont need to deal with that! you may love her but she broke the bond of commintment with you! Its hard I know, dont blame your self, think of how your future would be with a woman like that. trust is everything in a relationship if you dont have that, it will end sooner or later! if you think about things like this you will hit reality and the love you have for her will not go away but you will get the sense to end this now! she dosent deserve you! good luck!

You may truly love her, but her behavior says that she does not truly love you. Beyond all the obvious reasons, have you thought about what she could give you......you are not only sleeping with just her, but with all those 18 men and everyone they have slept with and everyone they have slept with and on and on.
I found out an ex cheated and I thought about it as I have described above and that helped me to move on, hope it works for you. Good luck.
