OK if it is the shower, take it apart and soak it in some bleach and it will remove alot of lime and scale build up.

Where your water pipe enters your house there is a pressure regulator usually shaped kinda like a "cone" it has a screw on the face of it that you can adjust to let more water flow into your house under more pressure. Good Luck!

Water softener salt. You can get it at Wal-Mart.
