It's a wrestling show on Spike TV (every Thursday at 9PM ET ) and Pay Per View.
It stands for "Total Nonstop Action"

TNA is Total Nonstop Action, WWE's current no.1 'competitor', if you can call it that. On a whole, the in-ring action is better, you see more talent pushed over size and they have Alex Shelley (who is god)
However, the booking pretty much sucks. But hey, that's Vince Russo for ya.
It's on Thursday nights over in the States and on the Wrestling Channel over here in the UK.
