You have to factorize completing the PST

y + 25 = x^2 + 6x -16 +25

y + 25 = x^2 + 6x + 9

y + 25 = (x+3)^2

Vertex (-3,-25)

x = -b/(2a)

x = -6/(2 * 1))
x = -6/2
x = -3

f(-3) = (-3)^2 + 6(-3) - 16
f(-3) = 9 - 18 - 16
f(-3) = -9 - 16
f(-3) = -25

ANS = (-3,-25)
