Winnie SHOULD be made to wear pants. So should Donald Duck, Wiley Coyote, and all those other semianthropomorphic animal toons.
I congratulate you for seeing and clearly stating what most others have been turning a wilfully blind eye to for so long.
We must teach our children, once and for all, that just because cartoon characters do things like hit each other with hammers, blow each other up with dynamite, pursue one another with the intention of turning them into a meal, and going about half-naked, it is NOT ACCEPTABLE for human beings!

omg, winnie the pooh isn't even real for crying out loud! he's a bear! a stuffed animal! They wouldn't have made Winnie the Pooh if he was supposed to be censored...

Cause bears don't usually wear a shirt cause their furs are their clothes! oh, and Pooh's a cartoon ... IT'S just normal, as if i've ever seen a bear wearing a shirt ( IN THE REAL WORLD), lol! get a grip on reality, don't put malice on cartoons,lol!

well i think its because we are used to pooh and other disney characters not having any pants because they dont show any sexuality. Janet Jackson on the other hand....well lets say we DONT want to see her without clothes on.

Most of the Pooh characters aren't intended to be real animals - they are stuffed animals. (Rabbit and Owl are the exceptions.) And stuffed animals never have any naughty bits.
