Yes,there was an accident at the corner where I live.Someone ran the stop sign and hit a car traveling down the street which in turn spun into my parked car,totaling it.He didn't carry enough insurance to cover the damage that he caused.I sued for the blue book value of my car and won.

Company hired me as an Engineering Manager.
I relocated (paid most of my expenses), and accepted a lower salary in a place with a higher cost of living.
Boss gave me entry level work to do.
I got bored and didn't do squat.
I was fired 3 months later.

I sued and got a years' salary, which was mostly eaten up by the lawyers.

It happens all the time but I'm an attorney! Been for over 6 years so I'd be here all day but it happens all the time. 50% of the time you are going to win.

yes. but winning and collecting are not the same thing. still haven't seen one red cent.
