I have a college interview on Thursday and they already told me one of the questions which is: "What would you need to be successful here?" (Or somewhere along those lines) How should I answer?

Tell them you would be looking for open communication with your professors, and an environment that would be encouraging of your goals (if they ask for specifics, say things like a strong career services center, access to good technology, a good library system). Good luck - you'll do fine. Don't forget to wear a suit.

You don't need a suit. Just dress nicely, be polite and interested. Take notes.

Re: the answers to that question, the answer above did a good job on that one.

Perhaps something about a school that provides intellectual challenges as well as other outlets -- e.g. sports, clubs, student council, etc.
