In a "normal" cycle, it is not very likely. However, it would not be unheard of for a woman to be ovulating and having her period at the same time, and it definitely is possible to get pregnant while having a period. In fact, there are no times during a woman's cycle that there is no possibility that she will get pregnant. There are more likely and less likely times, but no absolutes.

I will say it is possible.
My God Parents were ttc and tried every time of the month and got nowhere. the only time they didnt try was during her period, so they thought ... why not.
and voila. preggers.
it all comes down to your body and when it ovulates. it jut happened to be the right time for Geogia (my god mother) . not saying that all who are ttc should go at it like rabbits during their period... but thats how it worked for them!
every woman is different so really it is hard to give a def' yes no answer. what may work for one wont always exactly work for another.

but if you are not ready to be a parent make sure you use contraception cos you can bet youre **** that you will fall preg!!! you know how it is... murphys law and all

lol

(hope it helped... and made sense!!)

Yes, you can. Even if you aren't ovulating now, the sperm can stay alive inside you until you are. There is really no time during the month that you "can't" get pregnant... unless you already are.

If you are asking for yourself, why would you want to have sex during a period. I can't think of anything more uncomfortable.

I can't imagine it would even be medically possible to answer the question. The purpose of the period is to rid the body of the egg not fertilized.

yes there is not exactly a safe time to be able to have sex and not get pregnant. I would suggest using condoms or birthcontrol. Def. condoms if you are on your period....

Only if you are ovulating. Some people don't know when they are ovulating so be careful if you are trying to avoid getting preg.
