Arrowhead Stadium is considered the loudest, and the place where the Vikings play is tough too....but hey, the Patriots fans' sounds are muffled by the 3 large Super Bowl Championship banners hanging at Gillette Stadium....

Arrowhead at KC or Mile High in Denver. Old RFK stadium in Washington used to be.
I bet Michigan is loud with all of those fans whining at the same time!

It obviously depends on the circumstances ... but Kansas City has the reputation as the loudest. Sometimes the domes can be loud because the noise has nowhere to go, which makes Kansas City's reputation even more impressive. Usually teams pipe in loud background noise in practice when they are preparing to go to Kansas City.

I'm not sure, but I can tell you the quietest stadium these days... Ford Field where the Lions play and fans just stare and wonder when, when, when.....

I'm a Niners fan and I've been to many games at Candlestick, but definately it has to be either KC, Pittsburgh, New England (specially when it's cold) or sometimes Baltimore.
