You mean US military bases? First to go was Clark Air Force Base (Angeles City) in 1991 shortly after Mt Pinatubo's Eruption. Subic Naval Base (Olongapo City) followed suit. Non military bases: Camp John Hay in Baguio City, Camp O'Donnell in Tarlac and Cubi Point in Zambales. US pull out was the direct result of non-ratification of the extension of the military bases treaty by the Phil Senate. Mt Pinatubo hasten the pullout

Subic naval base' after the volcano erupted, Clark AFB was pretty much done. People still had to leave by ship and aircraft at Subic Bay.

Believe it or not, Subic is locked up to the public and getting ready to open up as a training facility for the US Navy again.
