I'm not married or in a relationship so yes, although I would miss my family a lot! But it would be a nice experience to have to learn another culture, learn different ways, and possibly a new language.

Yes. I actually did move from Germany to Canada (in 1961), but not so much for the job oppotunity as for the country which I loved at first sight on a business trip for my German company.
I switched my job a number of times until I found my last job, and I liked it so much that I stayed with it to my retirement (more than 23 years).
We were married with two children when we arrived in Canada and had a third one there. We never regretted it.
