if it were possible to go back in time, would we be ourselves now or then and if we bacame ourselves then how would we ever get back to now? You understand right? would we be witnissing our past or living it?

You would be YOU, only watching yourself then.

As far as paradox go, I don't believe its of concern because of the multiverse, any change would simply cause a split that YOU would never notice in your day-to-day life. Another you would experience it. Thank God for at least 11 dimensions!

I have actually done this. I went back to when I was 3 years old. That was 45 years ago. What happens is that there are two of me in the past. I went back and saw "little Billie". I was so cute back then, and wasn't losing my hair either! I was also just learning to talk, and I (3-year-old me) said to me (48-year-old-me), "I want to start a computer company. I'm going to call it Billie's cool computers" so I said to mini-me, "That's kind of a dumb name, like OS/2. How about calling it microsoft?"...

you would see your self at that time your time line can not change though it would create a paradox, so put simply you could watch but not interfere. in order to relive that time you would have to send just your mind back in time to your own body which is imposable as you already know.

both as physically your present self and your past self would exist, I assuem you would get back but reversing the process that got you there.

you would witness your past, and if need be alter outcomes from your past.

luckily for us...we havnt figured out how to go back in time yet...only forward....problem is...to go forward in time in significant amouts you have to travel at speeds approaching that of the spped of light....and we havent figured that out yet...thankyou theory of relativity
