It takes me a very long time to get myself to feel comfortable with someone 'new', and it takes me so long that the word 'new' would sound like he or she was my 'old' friend, and this applies to employer, stranger, my housemate!, and romantic relationships. While talking with them, i feel like i can't say full sentances, and i jump from topic to topic, and then i walk out of the conversation calling myself an idiot, cuz of how i handled the conversation. Any advice on what i should do to make myself talk the way i would normally talk?

First try to analyze them. Then suddenly you will find yourself penetrating into dialogs. But never act in a way that you really are not. Be yourself. And besides it is nice to jump from topic to topic. Somethimes old friend become boring. Because it is always the same topic. Only for this reason, I go to trips alone and meet new people. This way I have a lot to talk to. So just enjoy meeting new people. It is like a lesson. Learing different people's behaviours, attitudes...

One of the most important communication pieces is making eye contact. It says, hey, I'm talking to you - or I'm listening to you. Take time to listen carefully and put together your thoughts. Relax...people may just want to spend time with you, you don't have to have the perfect words always!

If difficulty being comfortable with people is causing you a lot of anxiety or even makes it difficult to function in general, might be a relief to get some counseling for more serious help.

Start a conversation,, never to be shame..
First- treat him/her as old friend.
Second- entertain him/her,, because it's the only thing you can do to a new friend.. and if you entertain him/her, he/she will look to you a very comfortable person
And last- Never to be shame to start a conversation
