There is an online computer program named Carnivore that runs online and is centralized from under the umbrella of the NEW Homeand Security. This has been around for years online but was centralized from one office, I think it was the FBI.
Key words, like the ones you described are triggers that set in motion other things. I think it was abandoned for something else. But rest assured in Bush's America...they ARE watching.

It's hard to explain here, but check out these links:

That George Bush had plans to invade Afghanistan on his desk before 9/11 demonstrates only the value of being prepared.

The suggestion that securing a pipeline across Afghanistan figured into the White House’s calculations is as ludicrous as the assertion that oil played a part in determining war in Iraq.

That Afghanistan is once again the world’s principal heroin producer is an unfortunate reality, but to claim the CIA is still actively involved in the narcotics trade is to presume bad faith on the part of the agency.

That the tape in which bin Laden claims responsibility for the attacks was released by the State Department after having been found providentially by US forces in Afghanistan, and depicts a fattened Osama with a broader face and a flatter nose, proves Osama, and Osama alone, masterminded 9/11.

That at the battle of Tora Bora, where bin Laden was surrounded on three sides, Special Forces received no order to advance and capture him and were forced to stand and watch as two Russian-made helicopters flew into the area where bin Laden was believed hiding, loaded up passengers and returned to Pakistan, demonstrates how confusing the modern battlefield can be.

That upon returning to Fort Bragg from Tora Bora, the same Special Operations troops who had been stood down from capturing bin Laden, suffered a unusual spree of murder/suicides, is nothing more than a series of senseless tragedies.

Reports that bin Laden is currently receiving periodic dialysis treatment in a Pakistani medical hospital are simply too incredible to be true.

That the White House went on Cipro September 11 shows the foresightedness of America’s emergency response.

If they catch terrorists that are planning to blow up thousands of innocent Americans, then so be it. I hate terrorists, foreign or domestic, they need to be ridden from this earth. Jihad is the ignorant low lifes way of blaming everyone for their own stupid problems. Policital correctness has hands tied, so don't be surprised if there is another attack. I'd rather them keep a good eye open than be politically correct and let terrorists blow us up. Give me thumbs down, I don't care. That's my opinion.

everyone seems to be going to snigger lol yet i admire the song toddler (Justin Bieber). The song is actual catchy and that i admire the lyrics. Yeah, Bieber kinda appears like a female however the song is stable in its own superb. i admire a team of alternative songs, yet this often is the only song i admire that everyone else hates. BQ: call Me consistent with possibility (by employing Carly Rae Jepsen) - I only locate it demanding and that i do no longer likely like her voice. what's My call (by employing Rihanna) - i do no longer understand if everyone likes this song, yet i do no longer only like the lyrics. this is too repetitive for my flavor. domicile (by employing Philip Philips) - The song is catchy yet it particularly is each and all of the song is. The lyrics is stable, however the refrain and the full song is repetitive. I only fairly dislike the song by way of fact i grow to be so disillusioned while Jessica Sanchez did no longer win American Idol final season! i actual love her voice!
