contact ur wireless service and they can connect u to the internet step by step and it is simple and easy to do....either bring ur phone thr or call them for step by step info (beware...they might be busy with a client)....hope this is what you were looking for

the razr is nice cause it has a dedicated button for the internet. so u push that button and it should connect u if u have a signal. it should take u to the service providers website you know like there home page like cingular has media net the button for the internet is a multi circle icon so as long as ur phone is activated and u have the internet on ur plan then u should be ok hope this helps :)
