It could be a clogged or sticking brake hose,or a sticking caliper, one way to check is jack the car up and turn the tire by hand, it should turn pretty freely. The one that dose not is the one sticking, next you need to find out witch one it is the Caliper or the hose?
Check the condition of the hose, look for bad cracks or dry rot and leaks.Open the bleeder screw if the wheel then turns freely then it's the hose.In that case you need to replace
hoses on both because if you don't your just asking for trouble later like a leak from the one you didn't replace. So take my advice i been there replace both sides.
Then if it's the caliper the wheel maybe still hard to turn after the bleeder is opened. This may or may not happen depending on how badly it's sticking. If it is the Caliper same thing it is recommended to replace both side for the same reason as the hoses witch can be expensive but is the right way to do it.

There are a couple of things that can do what you are experiencing. First, whoever did the brake job either did it on the cheap and didn't turn the rotors or drums or you have front end problems. If it was a legit shop that did the work, take it back and tell them what is going on. It may be a ball joint or a bushing that is bad. If it was your neighbor or dad who did the job, take it to a shop. This can be very dangerous on a slippery road. It might lockup and send you into a spinout, have it checked out soon, good luck!

while it's always a good idea to change both sets of brakes when you do one (that's why they always sell you pads for both sides, lol), your alignment's off. take it into a reputable alignment shop and have it checked and adjusted. not only will this get rid of that pulling, but it'll also save you money by reducing fuel consumption and tire wear. hope this helps!

Most likely a brake caliper is not releasing properly, have them checked or better yet replaced.

a few possibilities
1. uneven tire pressure between the left and right tires
2. it could be a hydraulic pressure.. the right caliper could be grabbing harder than the left caliper.. have the calipers checked to confirm brake bias
3. have your front steering hardware/tension control rods examined

It could be anything from a warped rotor to a misalligned front end. Take it to your local tire shop that does brakes, rotors, tires and front end allignment. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO DIAGNOS YOUR PROBLEM SIMPLY BY DRIVING THE CAR
WITH THIER EXPERIENCE.

The right hand rotor could be bent or badly scored, causing the pads to grab.
