<1 and <2 are congruent because of the angle bisector.
segment AB is congruent to segment AB because of the reflexive property.
triangle ACB is congruent to triangle ADB becasue of Angle Side Angle.
and BC is congruent to BD because Congruent Parts of Congruent Triangles are Congruent.

Well if it says the bisector it means that the segement DC is cut in half so yes they are congruent.
