First, I seriously doubt that any teacher would use the sort of spelling & grammar you're using, which leads me to believe you're not a teacher at all. I'm guessing you're merely a semi-literate perverted troll who thinks it's funny to ask a question like this.

She might just be itchy. Send her to see the school nurse so she can ask her about it. Having a vaginal yeast infection is very common, and you can get it without having had any kind of sexual contact. Sometimes it can be set off by something as simple as wearing tight jeans. It is easily treated. :-)

First get another adult to verify that this is happening. Have a witness to it. Then both of you go and refer the child to the school counsellor, or the principal of the school. If you deal with it alone , they may make you out to be the bad guy. .
