Honey, it means you should go to the doctor and get it checked out. Knots are NOT just normal to have! Please make an appointment...tomorrow.

Can she move the knot around? Is it hard, or soft?
I can understand lymph nodes being swollen, and also low in the groin area. She could even have Mono! What about underneath her chin?
I would take her to see a Dr. as soon as they open...

You need to see a doctor. These could be swollen lymph nodes which could indicate an infection. They can also be signs of something more serious.

I agree with the lymph node thing. Sometimes Lymphnodes become swollen and you can feel them and they feel like knots.

It might just be a swollen lymph node. In any event ask you doctor.
You should get a check up soon.

could be a simple infection but also could be something much more serious...call the doctor and get a checkup this week.
