For many years, the families of the Palestinian suicide bombers were receiving upwards of $20,000 for each time a member "martyred" themselves. This was encouraging families to send their children off for training, and the news was showing pictures of the families celebrating the success of their children who blew themselves up in order to kill others. Maybe knowing that their families would not be compensated would discourage the bombers themselves?

That's a great question. However it looks like we will have to let God (Not Allah) sort it out. No, God and Allah are not the same. God is the God of light and Allah is the God of darkness.
On a more practical note, we could castrate all male members of the bombers family. That really scares the scum.

I believe that they are religion brainwashed into believing that they will get a reward in their next life (Yea Right) for killing them self. So the worst punishment that they believe for them is, life without parole. Deny them death and they will suffer.
