There could be many causes of your fatigue. The most common are the basics, and the things you learned as a child:
1. Feed your body - 3 meals or several small meals throughout the day, whichever suits your needs best and do this regularly every day at the same times. Try to eat as many fresh/raw vegetables and fruit as yourt tastes will permit, and avoid hydrogenated oils, deep fried foods, coffee. Always eat breakfast and always "eat healthy".
2. Get your sleep - the average is 7 or 8 hours per night. Always try to keep a regular bedtime.
3. Exercise - this could be as simple as walking. If you don't like to be outside in the cooler weather, go to a shopping mall and walk at a regualr pace for a minimum of 30 minutes. Try to do this at least 3 or 4 times a week.
4. Get your sunshine. The sun is essential, as it provides Vitamin D. If you live in the northern hemisphere, take a *minimum*1000 I.U. of Vitamin D every day. A reliable source of this is found in Cod Liver Oil.
If you eat, sleep, exercise and get your sunshine vitamin yet extreme fatigue continues, get a check-up. I was tired - "bone tired" - for many years. In my case, it is the result of an auto-immune condition (which translates into extreme allergic condition of the body and a deficient immune system).
If you still would like additional information, I'd be happy to offer my observations, experiences, findings etc. Please feel free to email me (see my profile for this).

Yes... of course.
That is one way the body and mind tells us...enough is enough.
I will give this comparison: If we snow ski all day, we are tired at end of the day...tired but relaxed.
Should we work long hours and study...we are very tired and exhausted....and there is a chance we will shut down.
Hang in there until your Holiday break...Then relax and enjoy with friends and Family. Go Dancing and listen to music.
Have a great Holiday and Happy New Year to you.

Yeah I totally understand what you are going through. I am in college at a tough pharmacy school. I have been studying, writing papers, and reading. Let me just say, I am tired. I would say just spend that day in bed if you can afford to miss a full day of not doing anything school related. I know that finals are coming up, so don't do it on a bad day.
