If you have periods you are ovulating and yes overweight women do get pregnant.

LOL... I am fat and I am also currently pregnant with my 4th baby. The other 3 were delivered safely and are perfect little children. If you have your period you ovulate. Nice question though. I hope you don't get rude comments. FYI... Most fat people know they are fat so they shouldn't be offended.LOL

yes overwieght woman can get pregnant...I work with a girl that is at least 400 lbs and she is pregnant with her second child.
and no...just because you have a period does not mean that you ovulate...i have a period every month but i have to take fertility pills because i do not ovulate..you should see your doctor..he can do some blood work or ultrasound to see if you are

Fat people get pregnant all the time...thats a dumb question thats like asking can black people get pregnant..or can white people get pregnant of course they can...and if you have a period then yes you ovulate

lol yes us big ones can get pregnant but in some cases if you gain too much weight it does interfere with your periods and the way you ovulate in some over weight woman .
