im having the worst day today. every little thing is getting to me. and if i think about it, nothing really is going wrong?! im going crazyyy. and i got my period last night, which is normally irregular and ive only had it a few years anyways. so i dont know much. but is that why im so emotional??

thats what i do...hormones can make you say things you would never say,act in ways you normally dont,etc etc

Some - not many - women have PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome) just prior to starting their period or for the first day or two. During this time they feel irritable and bloated. A lot of women use it as a handy excuse for just being witchy. The bottom line is, regardless of where short-temperedness or negative emotions come from, they are always under your control. It's never ok to snap at people and then blame "that time of the month." You can't choose how you feel, but you can choose what you do about it. Practice controlling your emotions so that people are happy to be around you!

there is a definate link to a female's menstrual cycle and emotions and as you age this cycle will begin to become regular and thus it will allow you to recogonize the signs of emotional stress related to your monthly cycle so basically the answer is yes! Good luck

the same thing is happening to me so i think its just the cycle but anyway hope you feel better
