How can my husband & I find his daughter? (He's non-cust. parent)?

We haven't been able to find her since 2001. What can we do? We know her state - but that's all. Her mom has non-published phone numbers, etc. We know both their SSN's. Any way to search & FIND her?

Or you can check the marriage certificates to see if she got remarried_

if he is paying child support it is mandatory they have her existing address at all times , you can get it from them
